Software & AI · Davao & Uppsala
Barkada Systems is a remote-first studio that works as your software team. We build websites, internal tools and automation, and put AI to work where it pays off.

What we build
The four things we build, each with a page of its own.
Fast, accessible sites of any size: a launch page, an online store, or a site your team updates every day through a CMS.
The software your team is still doing by hand in a spreadsheet. Built once, and built properly.
The glue between the systems you already pay for, so data stops being copied by hand from one browser tab to the next.
Language models put to work on the reading, sorting and drafting your team does by hand, inside the systems you already run.
How it works
The same person scopes it, builds it, ships it and answers your email. One name on it, start to finish.
Tell us what's slow, manual or broken. We'll say plainly whether we're the right people to fix it.
A clear plan at a clear price, starting with the version that pays off first.
Working software in your hands early. Then we keep improving it alongside you.
The studio
We've been building for the web since the late nineties. Back then, a site was a folder of files we uploaded by hand and hoped for the best. The tools have changed many times since. The method hasn't. Work out what someone actually needs. Build the simplest thing that does it. Then make sure it still works on a quiet Tuesday when nobody's watching.
Barkada is Tagalog for the tight circle of friends who actually show up. It's how we work: the people you talk to are the people who build it.
Send a note describing the problem. It lands straight in our inbox, and a real person writes back.
