A free, fan-made LCARS emulator: procedurally generated Okudagram panels, alert conditions and a couple of dozen working instruments, running in the browser with nothing to install.

What it is
An LCARS emulator that runs in a browser tab. Fourteen curated consoles plus a procedural generator that lays out fresh Okudagram panels, twenty-six working instruments including a master systems display and a warp core, four screen-accurate colour schemes, and the full set of alert conditions.
It is free, fan-made and non-commercial. Star Trek and LCARS are trademarks of CBS Studios and Paramount; this is a tribute, with no affiliation and nothing for sale.
Why a studio built a Star Trek toy
Because the procedural panel generator is a genuinely hard layout problem wearing a costume. LCARS panels look arbitrary and are not: the elbows, the sweeps and the block sizes follow rules, and a generated panel that breaks them reads as wrong immediately even to someone who couldn't tell you why.
Writing a generator that produces panels which look designed rather than randomised is the same class of problem as any constraint-driven layout, and it is a lot more fun to debug than an invoice template.
Everything in the browser
No install, no account, no server. The whole thing is static files and client-side JavaScript, which is why it loads fast and why it will still work in five years without anyone paying for a backend to sit there doing nothing.
It is also the least commercially useful thing we've built, and we're keeping it.
